A C#m B
A C#m B
[Verse 1]
C#m
I found my place in a darkened room that we
E B
We could not save
A
Despite what you say, I can suffer too
E B
I'm human just like you
C#m E
Now I cannot run, but I can pull myself apart
B A
It's said and done, but yet we end up back at the start again
B
Remember when I said this is the end?
[Chorus]
A
And now I'm so far gone
C#m
Can you change my name?
B
Can you replace my pain?
A
I know I'm not all wrong
C#m
So throw away my parts
B
And burn my blackened heart, yeah
F#m A
Now I'm broken, I'm scraps, yet I'm the monster
C#
You bring me back to life
So you can watch me die
F#m A
You can't tame me, just blame me, make me obsolete
C#
There's nothing left to say
A
Just let me fade away
C#m E
Just let me fade away
[Interlude]
A C#m
[Verse 2]
C#m
Let's see how many pieces you can cut me into
B
Let's count all the excuses
E
That you've got piled up inside your room
B
Will this be over soon?
C#m
It's the sweet, sweet sound of eternal silence
E B
Won't you keep it down?
A
Because all of this is not for you
B E
No one will, no one will play by your rules
[Chorus]
A
And now I'm so far gone
C#m
Can you change my name?
B
Can you replace my pain?
A
I know I'm not all wrong
C#m
So throw away my parts
B
And burn my blackened heart, yeah
F#m A
Now I'm broken, I'm scraps, yet I'm the monster
C#
You bring me back to life
So you can watch me die
F#m A
You can't tame me, just blame me, make me obsolete
C#
There's nothing left to say
Just let me fade away
[Outro]
A
So far gone
E
Can you change my name?
B
Can you replace my pain?
A
I'm not all wrong
E
So throw away my parts
B
And burn my blackened heart

There’s chords your missing on the chorus you transition to the from A to C# then to your B.
It goes A to B then Low Db to C# then to the B
On the 2nd part of the chorus he just hits low Db then F# to Am
It’s a lil bit hidden. If you listen closely you’ll hear em.
Just add those chords to it and you’ll hear a positive difference
