I have seen a bunch of bad tabs on this song and it upset me quite a bit.
Sooo I decided to make my own. After all, how could you do that to such a beautiful tune!
 
So I am about 99% sure this is how the song goes, notice that when you listen, the last
chord is diminished and does not resolve(mine is correct).
No idea what the chord names are (does it really matter though?)
 
The four chords are as follows:
