Here is UB40's 'One In Ten' for Rhythm Guitar and it's Lyric layout,
It was a Single off their second L.P originally released in 1981 'Present Arms'.

[Note]
This song was written on Drums and Rhythm Guitar alone at first using just two Chords G & F,
Although the Bass line,Lead Guitar,Saxophone and the fact it sounds better point to
it being Gm & F,It just isn't!
I'll place the Gm Chord diagram if you want to do what I do and use it,But G & F is UB40 official.

The question always comes to mind, Which part of UB40 says it's minor and which part says it's major. I tend to go with whatever sounds best, and if the sax and the bass play a Bb, the band plays the minor, regardless of the guitarist. But i actually think it's both. G F G F Gm F Gm F and i really like playing it like that.
