The modulation part doesn’t sound good. I use Bbmaj7 with the Cm7, and it sounds better.

There are the correct chords. On the intro if you play a D triad XX777X
instead of open D it sounds like the record. Also on the Bridge the chords are A G D A with these riff notes played between each chord on A and D strings: A, E, F#.
