Just put a capo on first, easy enough.

Its exactly the same transcription that's on the Tom Waits music book "Anthology" so to all the newbies who can't transpose chords and are complaining about this tab, shut the hell up !

This chords are right. But the key of the recording is F#, so you can either move it up a step on the chord sheet, or put a capo on the first fret and play it as is.
I actually like playing it better in E with a capo on the second fret. A little more comfortable for acoustic playing.
