Spot on with the ending chords. I couldn't figure those out. Although, I think the Fm and the AbM7/D should be switched, where AbM7/D is played first

When I tabbed the ending chords, I actually considered playing AbM7/D first but finally ended up playing Fm before AbM7/D since it sounds closer to the original version. But I must admit, playing AbM7/D first sounds pretty good too!
