The E* is an Edim and should be included after 'looking for love' also the D in that part should be a Dm.

Great, This is my favourite version of the song from live 1969, I agree with the Dm and E dim comments from pastafarian96 other than that I think lou sings neck and shoulder not naked, but could be wrong :)
