Obviously the Strokes have two guitars but I can't defferenciate between the
two so i'll just tab it as one.
I guess if you wanted to play two parts the other guitar could harmonize.
For the intro and verse they just use the power chords of d, g#, g and c.

r = return bend
t = tremolo
s = slide
# = mute the string with your fret hand
* = Palm mute

In this part there is a note played where I have marked the fret hand
mutes, but I couldn't figure it out so it is open to your interpretation.
I just use 12 on the D string or just mute the G as I play.
