Morrissey – There Is a Light That Never Goes Out

The other tab on here had the right chords but too hard to follow. Here is my version,
sounds good to me. I took my time to line it up so that its easy to follow. Please give
good rating. Thanks

Am F C G Am
Take me out tonight where there's music and there's people

who are young and alive

  Am F C G
Driving in your car I never never want to go home because I
        Am F C G
haven't got one anymore

Am F C G Am
Take me out tonight because I want to see people and I
                F C G
want to see lights

  Am F C
Driving in your car oh please don't drop me home
  G Am
because it's not my home, it's their
                           F C G
home, and I'm welcome no more

Chorus:
           C Am F C
And if a double-decker bus crashes into us
G Am Dm G
to die by your side such a heavenly way to die
           C Am F C
And if a ten ton truck kills the both of us
G Am Dm G
to die by your side the pleasure the privilege is mine

Am F C G Am
Take me out tonight take me anywhere, I don't care
                       F C G
I don’t care, I don’t care

           Am F
And in the darkened underpass I thought Oh God, my chance has
        C G Am
come at last but then a strange fear gripped me and I just
            F C G
couldn't ask

Am F C G Am

all correct except on the verses where you have written Am, it should go Am, G, Am, G (each of the chords are played for 1/2 a bar - listen to the song for the rhythm)
