Great song, thanks for putting it up!
A tip for the G - C - D progression for those playing it in the original key: the rhythm guitar does not use the regular chords here but rather plays | G | Cadd9 Dsus4 | (G 3-x-0-0-3-3 / Cadd9 x-3-2-0-3-3 / Dsus4 x-x-0-2-3-3) - the jangle on the high strings sounds great and is easy to do in the key of G.
Playing it in C, as suggested here, makes it a little more difficult but still manageable (C x-3-2-0-1-3 / F (t)1-x-3-2-1-3 / Gsus4 3-x-0-0-1-3)
