it's not out of tune. It's in Eb Tuning, like most of The Killers songs :)

Thanks a bunch for this tab. There was one here that sounded alright, but it was only power chords and i know The Killers like to use that F-chord formation a whole lot. This one sounds a lot more accurate. Thanks, 5 stars from me.
