Thanks for putting this together! Personally, I like to go pretty hard once this song picks up, so I didn't feel like muting the Ab string. Then I noticed the only time it gets used is for the one note (2nd fret), so I tuned it to that (Bb) and it's been feeling good.

On the higher sections where the bass goes 12-9-11-7 I like to do triplets with the open D string in between what you have. I think it sounds much fuller and more engaging
