[Verse]
C Am F C
I'll bring you flowers when you're dead and gone.
F Am G C
Asleep in the pines in the valley of the mountain.
C Am F C
Next to you I'll lay my bones when I've reached my prime,
F Am G C
beside the brandy-wine where I finally find my rest.
[Chorus]
F C G C
Oh lover I'll see you there waiting in the willows with your autumn hair.
F C Am C
Oh lover I'll see you there after many miles.
[Verse]
C Am F C
I swear I've known you from another time
F Am G C
And I caught you down the line but I couldn't stop you moving.
C Am F C
And when I found you by the riverside
F Am G C
It's waters wild and wide you left me again.
[Chorus]
F C G C
Oh lover I'll see you there waiting in the willows with your autumn hair
F C Am C
Oh lover I'll see you there after many miles.
[Verse]
C Am F C
An echo of an echo is a semblance of a sound
F Am G C
and I've prayed and I've waited with my ear upon the ground.
C Am F C
But the shovel it digs deep and the calluses grow over.
F Am G C
Like a mirror to a mirror the canyons call your name.
[Chorus]
F C G C
Oh lover I'll see you there waiting in the willows with your autumn hair
F C Am C
Oh lover I'll see you there after many miles.
F C Am C
Oh lover I'll see you there waiting in the willows with your autumn hair
F C Am C
Oh lover I'll see you there after many miles.

Hey, you've chosen some nice chords for this. I have a suggestion for the second line of each verse try:
F Am Dm Am
Asleep in the pines in the valley of the mountain.
For the chorus I like to stay on the C for the first line:
Oh lover I'll see you there waiting in the willows with your autumn hair
Also in the second line of the chorus I find an F instead of the Am creates a nice harmony.
They aren't meant to be corrections - just alternatives, it's handy the song not having music, you can play a lot of different stuff behind the voices.
+2

I've found plugging a G between Am and C in the chorus works well
Am G C
After many miles
