Thanks for these chords; this is an amazing song. I am currently working on tabbing the acoustic version of this song with all the fancy lead-work mixed in with these rhythm chords; so, look for that soon.
At the end of each chorus you have labelled "CmX", which doesn't really mean anything. I have found that playing a D7 in it's place sounds correct to the Acoustic Sessions album recording.
