First of all thanks for your effort!
Without going into much detail, I'd say while the notes may be correct for the most part (perhaps wrong octave for some), the intro is probably played completely differently:
It'd be way more convinient and logical to play it all on frets 10-12, you know blues scale yadayada.
Makes more sense than having to slide up and down the neck.
Just try it, you'll see it's working and simply more effective.
And of course composition especially in blues is mostly done by improvsing the blues scale.
