During the verses, these two parts are played repeatedly.
Then about half way through a verse they jump back to the intro riff.

A decent tab but has a few mistakes. He uses open G tuning on this song. A lot of Black Crowes songs have open tuning. Drop both E's down to D, drop your A down to G. Open G tuning, then play the bar chords with your entire finger across the neck. Full sound and easier to play... and it's how he plays it.
