Hi Pencom! The starting chord is G7sus4. The problem with that chord is that it is originally played simultaneously with downstroke and upstroke (with two guitars).

Good and playable tab!
But I think, one chord has a misleading name. The C9 (x-3-2-3-3-3) does not sound right here. What is probably meant is a Cadd9 (x-3-2-0-3-3). With the wrong name, the UG chord finder shows the wrong chord, though.
The Dm7 in the verses sounds like a regular F or maybe an Fadd9 (x-x-3-2-1-3) to me.
Chord alignment in the coda doew not match the changes played on the Beatles' recording. I hear something like that:
Will make me [G]feel [Cadd9]all [G]right
[Cadd9] You know I [G]feel [Cadd9]all [G]right
[Cadd9] You know I [G]feel [Cadd9]all [D7sus4]right [Dm7 D7sus4 Dm ...]
D7sus4 x-x-0-2-1-3 (= Fadd9/D)
Dm7 x-x-0-2-1-1 (= F/D)

This is the way I have played it for years on acoustic. The only difference being, I keep the G and D call vert on the top two strange when I play the G chord and also one playing the Cadd9. And having just one guitar, I know people have different ears and hear things differently, some people prefer more bottom end, so I'm on top, I prefer the plain old Gsus4 barred at the third fret for the opening chord. I'm not saying mine is right or wrong, it's just the way I play it, and I think everyone's ears tell them to play things a little differently, and also the way you play, acoustic, electric, solo acoustic, full band, etc. Something to always remember is that guitarist often leave notes out that are picked up by bass players and keyboard players and even vocalists. You can get much more color that way As a guitar player is limited to six notes, and that can be difficult in standard tuning. That's why we often intertwine 2nd and 9th, 4th and 11th etc. Piano can be more exact in that it is played in order left to right, but most of us are here because we play guitar
