Overall, really solid. Just a few suggestions that aren't necessary to change - I just think they make it a little cleaner. In the verse where you have the quick C, F, G transition ("are no rivers"), and the Am, G, F ("inside these walls", I think the second chord in each of those sets isn't really necessary. The quick transition can get a bit sloppy, and I think if you stick with the first chord and then go to the third chord, it adds some nice dissonance in the middle.
Also, at the end of each verse you have G, C, G - I'd recommend a G, Gsus4, G instead.
Just some thoughts! Otherwise, thanks for getting this up here! :)
