This chord sequence is often known as the Hot Nuts sequence, named after that song (Get 'em from the Peanut Man). It was also released in 1936 but some months earlier and by Lil Johnson. It was probably already a standard jazz sequence by then.

Dm7/B5 should be named Dm7b5. D is in the root, so no need for a '/'. Small 'b' for flat rather than capital B for chord of B.
