Eto na...With a gulp, I work on tabbing this song, trying to decipher it piece by piece...
This is a song with among the most complex chord progressions that I know of. Rest
assured, this tab is not easy at all and one you'd rather sit down and study rather than playing right away.
But since you're here and you're curious, read on...
The many uncommon chords are tabbed below the song, for your guidance. ;)

Notes/Tips:
-Most of the chords I specified really aren't broken chords and made up. In fact, many of them are kind
of the easiest ways to execute them in guitar, and what's most important is that they stick to the notes
they should have according to music theory. If you're a more seasoned player, you should know or be able
to adapt easily many of the "uncommon" chords such as the minor 7th-flattened 5ths :p
-Some of the chord progressions are not that hard to move from previous to the next. For example, I
suggested a broken EM7 for the 1st verse as only one finger moves from Fm7b5 to that EM7
-It's hard to really simplify this song. Some chords can be optional and skipped/replaced, such as
- doing only either Eb-9 or Eb in the Chorus 3rd line and Instrumental instead of both
- doing Eb7 or simply Eb instead of Eb7/G in the verses
- doing G6 instead of G-5
-A simpler Intro would be: B E B E Bbm7b5 Eb7 G#m G B/F# Fm7b5 F#
But these sacrifice accuracy.
Good luck!
