Effects: Analog Chorus (Boss CE-1. Boss CE-5/CH-1 would fit too) & Spring Reverb (EHX Holy Grail Reverb Nano)
on the whole song. on the Last Verse's Intro a slight Distortion (Boss DS-2) in addition. On RHCP's show at
Slane Castle, John Frusciante got a Feedback Effect on the last Verse's Intro (along with the Distortion,
Chorus and Reverb), but as much as I know he didn't have a Feedbacker effect pedal, so maybe he got it by the
amp or something. Anyways, using a Feedbacker such as Boss FB-2, Boss DF-2 or Beheringer FD300 would sound
right. If you'll listen to that song live on Slane Castle, and skip to the Last Verse's Intro, you'll
clearly hear an overtone that could easily be accomplished by one of those pedals (on all of them you get the
overtone if you hold them down while they're turned on).
