I think those last chords are like: d#|----------------------| A#|----------------------| F#|----------------------| C#|-0~~---10~~-7~~--5~~--| G#|-0~~---8~~--3~~--3~~--| C#|-0~~---8~~--3~~--2~~--| You can really hear that 3rd in the last chord. There's lots of dissonance in that last chord.
