I'm sorry but i think it's wrong. I play it like this:
capo on 6

I personally think the "Version 3" on this site is the closest to the sound if ya wanna play it solo, but in order to make this particular tab simpler and more accurate you might want to change the chord progression to:
C, C/B, Am, F
0 0 0 1
1 1 1 1
0 0 2 2
2 0 2 3
3 2 0 3
0 0 0 1
That would lend more accurately to the descending baseline and make that F sound less redundant.
