I'll try it later, but first a comment on your notation: Fmaj7/D is just a Dm9 Fmaj7/G is G13, Em7/C is Cmaj9 F7/D is Dm7b9 and Emmaj7/A is A9#11. Your notation might suffice for novice piano players, but it's horrible if you ever want to get deeper into understanding music. Oh, and it's nigh-unreadable for guitarists.
