This is a tab I found on the webz  Submitted: Jan 25, 2012 by Jaco  that I refined with
some updated chord changes. The melody I have not tinkered with and I guess that those
props goes to that Jaco dude...
 
The first part is a D chord until the melody starts. Guitar 1 plays chords while
Guitar 2 plays out the lead:
