Chords for the Grulovia anthem from the game Psychonauts 2.
I am not 100% sure if this was composed by Peter McConnell.
If someone has more accurate information about the composer for this, do tell in the comments.

Chords are relative to capo position.
 
I personally played these as open chords, with the Cm played something like this:

Also, I'm not sure what that chord really is theory-wise.
I played around with some chord analyzer, and it might be a C6? I dunno.
