I took the video here -- https://youtu.be/Uhu1S9Y7Hp8 -- since it's IMO the best arrangement for guitar,
and tabbed it out as good as I could in a half drunken state at 2am.
Since it's quite jazzy you have a lot of freedom regarding the rests and timings.
If you want to figure how to grab the chords correctly give the video a try.
With the tab it shoudln't be that a problem to figure it out by yourself.
