Listen to the song for the correct timing ;)
Keep your 3. and 4. Finger always on Fret 3, extept for the D chords.
That will get you pretty close to what Michael plays on the piano...

In the first 3 lines I think the C?s should be Am7?s; also, at the end of the first 2 lines after the G?s should be D/F#.
Above ?are? of ?You are the anchor for my soul? should be a D. Also in the chorus, the Em?s in the second, fifth, and sixth lines of the chorus should be G/B. The G above ?No? in the line ?No matter what may come I know? should be G/B.

On the final line Michael sings/plays, "My heart remains sure in the wind, sure in the waves... always" you can play a Cadd9 on the 'always'. It is an extra note, but it is not a standard. It's between a C and a G, and is played like this:
e|---0---
B|---1---
G|---0---
D|---0---
A|---3---
E|---3---
Your index and ring fingers are playing a standard Cadd9, but your pinky will add the G bass note on the third fret. I'm almost positive this is right, because it's sounds perfect. Please correct me if I am wrong. Resolves the song on "C" instead of "G" in this case, which is also right if you include the "always" that MWS includes. Peace.
