Thank you for tabbing this, as no one else seems to have bothered. However the 'C#m' sounds wrong at times. When I play it, it sounds dramatic if used at the end to mimic the buildup of the horn & strings in the recording -- but most of the time it suffices to simply repeat the D chord at the end of each refrain.
