Very first measure should have 17 on the A-string, then 19 on the D, G and B string. I tried correcting it by uploading an update, but that did not seem to work.

I would recommend that you download the Guitar Pro tab, as it plays and sounds much better that this online version. (You may want to lower the volume on the double base a bit.) My reason for doing the tabs on this song was I wanted to see what Grady Martin was doing, because practically all of the songs Marty Robbins did had Grady playing on them and the guitar always sounds great, so I wanted to know what Grady was doing. (I went for the song sound as it was constructed too, I did not want to fall into the trap of creating a chorded version, when in fact, I hear no evidence that this song was constructed that way.) If you explore this tab with guitar in hand, you will discover some interesting things. I don't want to give it all away, but one of the things is Grady seems to do a lot of straight up and down the scale movement.

This Guitar Pro tab was built with the actual audio from the song, so if you have Guitar Pro, you can add the song in and sync it, and you will have a very good little practice setup!
