A Touch Of Evil Solo Tab

Judas Priest - Glenn Tipton's solo for "A Touch of Evil"
Tuning: E standard (on the Painkiller album).
 
I went and looked at live videos of Glenn performing this solo to
get the hand positioning right, and I think this is how he prefers
to do it.
 
Glenn seems to play some bits a little differently from time to
time, and the version off Painkiller differs in places from how he
used to do it later. I've tried to make this as faithful to the album
version as possible, with two exceptions:
 
Bar(21) sounds a bit messy on the album, so this version is more like
what Glenn does live.
 
Bar(24) is super awkward to play like it sounds on the album.
You have to either do it as a wicked stretch lick, alternating
between a half-note bend of string 2 at fret 16 (hitting E), and a
picked note of string 1 at fret 11 (Eb), or quickly release the bend
of string 2 and pick fret 16 again (Eb). Live Glenn does a simpler
version, bending string 2 at fret 16 (E) and picking the next note on
string 1 at fret 12 (also E). It sounds different, but it gets the
job done with less effort.
