This is a STANDARD tuning version.
 
The original is in an altered tuning. This method is more technical but saves you retuning your guitar.
It still features 7ths and suspended 4ths in the middle strings that you'd get from JB's tuning.
 
Your thumb is doing alternate bass notes throughout, including for the hammer-on run for the Asus4/C#.
 
The highest notes are the melody he sings along to in the instrumental sections. Let them ring out as much as
possible. This is pretty tricky on the last chord of both the main riff and the variation, where your LH
index finger will have to move quickly while holding the chord with the other fingers.
 
Repeat main riff and variation throughout.
