This tab is based off the exercise that John Mayer plays during one of his instagram live stream videos (https://youtu.be/IgDJauyxp4k?t=1503). The exercise starts at the 25:03 mark. JM plays it in the key of D major, however this scale exercise can be moved anywhere on the neck to be played in different keys. Remember to use alternate picking.Esta informação foi útil?

what do you mean by triplet patterns I only have 2 years I am looking for exercises that will help me I improvising the blues? Thanks in advance I will just play them the way you have them tabbed until your answer. Thanks for putting lessons up for us that are just starting our guitar journey. I like it when good guitar players take time to help us that are trying everything we can to get better, so thanks
