[Verse 1]
C G C
Get you a copper kettle,

C G C
Get you a copper coil,
Em Am
Fill it with new-made corn mash
    F G
And never more you'll toil.

[Chorus]
       Am Em
And you lay there by the juniper
Am Em
while the moon is bright,
Am G
Watch them jugs a-filling
Am Em Am
In the pale moonlight.

[Verse 2]
C G C
Build you a fire with hickory,
C G C
Hickory, ash and oak,
Em Am
Don't use no green or rotten wood;
        F G
They'll get you by the smoke.

[Chorus]
       Am Em
And you lay there by the juniper
Am Em
while the moon is bright,
Am G
Watch them jugs a-filling
Am Em Am
In the pale moonlight.

[Verse 3]
C G C
My daddy, he made whiskey;
C G C
My grand-daddy, he did too.
Em Am
We ain't paid no whiskey tax
      F G
Since seventeen ninety-two.

[Chorus]
       Am Em
As you lay there by the juniper
Am Em
while the moon is bright,
Am G
Watch them jugs a-filling
Am Em Am
In the pale moonlight.

Not Dylan's version at all (as released on "Self Portrait"). Whatever the chords were in the traditional version, Dylan changed them and re-did the whole song completely. Don't know where these chords come from, but they are not ear-transcribed from Dylan's recording. But they fit the version played by Joan Baez (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glMQXjy46J8). Maybe the artist should be changed an the tab moved to Joan Baez?
