Although the first chord was right you basically butchered the rest of the progression. This is how the end of the progression should go. why are u tabbing this while there are already better tabs? neway, the root notes of the 2nd and 3rd chords are really wrong. other than that, it's not what is really played, but if you wanna play it this way, it's ok btw saying that this is your first tab doesn't make the tab better.
