This is an approximate transcription of the guitar part played by Hugh Laurie in the live version of "You

This song has a 12 bar blues structure with a few little tweaks.
In verses 1 to 4 the chords are timed like this:

Note that the F7 chord comes in half way through bar 5, not at the start of the bar.
In verses 5 to 7 the situation is a little different in that bar 5 has 6 beats - the bar once again starts
with two beats of C7, but then there are four beats of F7, like this:

Unlike in versions of the song by some other artists, the G7 chord in bar 9 doesn't ever change to F7 in bar
10. Instead the G7 runs runs right through to the end of bar 10.
I'm not sure I hear a C7 following every C chord, especially in bar 1, so it may be worth experimenting with
leaving out some C7 chords. Another thing to try when changing from C to C7 is to pull back the change from
beat 3 to the "and" of beat 2.
