Of course if you play it in a band situation, you can play basic chords. But overall harmony is still here and it more complex than those "basic chords". My goal is to write down actual harmony of the song to get the best representation possible using just one guitar, rather than to write down simplified version. I hope you understand. And in any time you just throw Maj7, 7 parts away and it will be basic Cm, Ab and Fm.
