I've seen a few versions of this floating around on tablature sites and Youtube, but
they all seemed to be missing one thing or another for me. This includes the slides that
are present in the recording off of "Give Us Rest", and is the most intuitive (for me,
at least) of the four or five versions I tried in varying positions on the neck.
 
Two things - the slides could potentially be replaced with hammer-ons/pull-offs, it just
depends on what sounds best to your ear; I've also put my tentative fingerings below
the tab as a starting point, but obviously feel free to use whatever fingerings you find
