Standard tuning
Capo 3rd fret, but it is your choice to have it or not because you can just bar the chords instead
 
the numbers I'm using are as if there was no capo, so 8 is 8th fret from head of guitar, not 8 frets from capo
it would be 5 frets from capo, leaving lines open means playing 3rd fret
