A quick tip for everyone using a capo. When you get to the third chorus with the cord change quickly slide your capo up to four and ignore the #'s and you'll be spot on.

I watched a live video. Clay used Capo on 1st fret and started with a D. So when you transpose it to +2 it sounds similar to the song. He also slides the Capo to the 2nd fret before he started the last chorus.
