A couple of chords are incorrect. The Em should be a D, abd the D at "vision" and "scared" is a Bm. Also, the chord sequence for the coda, from "And in the lonely cool..." to "...when you get to the porch they're gone" is inaccurate. it goes Em C D C Am Em C D. That might not be perfectly accurate, but it works better than as shown here.
