I watched the DVD again to see if there was a part where you can see them switching and there was.....after "Away" you can see them taking their guitars off (and some guy giving Aaron his Drop Bb guitar), then after "Had Enough" Ben walks up to Aaron (probably to tell him to get his Drop C guitar, but cuts out after that), and finally after "So Cold" they go take a break (to come back with guitars in Bb). Yeah I was bored.

They changed guitars. They all have three guitars and back ups. A guitar for Drop Db (Polyamorous, Home, Shallowbay, Breakdown, Topless, and Away), one for Drop Bb (Intro, The Diary Of Jane, Dance With The Devil, Until The End, and Had Enough) and another for Drop C (Sooner Or Later, Break My Fall, and So Cold) then they switched guitars again in Drop Bb for (Breath and Evil Angel). I did that in the order they played them as well.

Plus they cut out most of the stuff that wasn't important anyways (like swithing the guitars). You can tell that they did on some parts of the DVD, just look at the style of the guitar (color and brand) you'll see that they did in fact change guitars.
