Sounds great. Will sound even better if you add G, F, and then Am before going back into the verse. = )

dm/c is not a chord in this song, it is a dm chord with a quick change to c chord.

Definitely another F, Em, Dm... and then a G, F, Am, G, Am, G to finish off the chorus
