when you play the song you should be playing the bass/root note too, so it's not really a B/Bb that you have to play. You'd play 2 B NOTES, then strum a B, but for B/Bb you'd just play a Bb then strum a B so it's really not as complicated as it looks

if you transpose up one and put a capo on the first fret it's a lot easier to play for me
