               G
I pictured our apartment
                 Dsus4
In the middle of Brooklyn
                   Em
And I pictured the bedroom
            G7 C
And how the floor's still a mess.
                G Dsus4
I pictured your office in mid-town Manhattan.
               Em G7 C
I pictured you walking in, I bet you're late again,
         D C
But your make-up's straight and you're smiling,
          Em D C
It's just like it's always been.

(Strum)

G F#/Dsus4 Em Bm C D Em Dsus4

(Dsus4) G
I had lunch with your sister
                     Dsus4
and she told me it's over,
                         Em G7 C
that you're calling your lawyers, that you're not coming back.
                    G
She says that she's sorry.
                  Dsus4
Your whole family likes me.
                           Em G7 C
She don't know what you're thinking, but she knows that it's bad.
      D C
So, I walked back home, turned the shower on.
          Em D C
I let the washing machine turn the water cold.

                  G F#/Dsus4
I'll read it over again
                 Em
the lines of the note you left.
  Bm C D
I keep hoping that I'll forget,
         Em D
that the words changed while I slept
                G F#/Dsus4
but I've got my doubts.
                       Em
You're staying at your parents house
    Bm C
And I'm sleeping on the couch.
        D#
I can't stand our bed without you.

(Fingerpick)

G
Without you
Dsus4
Without you
    Em
Oh, without you

(Strum)

G7 C

                       G Dsus4
I found enough of your hairpins to build you a monument,
            Em G7 C
A statue to loneliness. Breathe it in. Let it go.
                       G
I caved a piece of the drywall in,
              Dsus4
Replaying the argument,
             Em G7 C
I'm icing my swollen fist. It's a lie and this isn't a home, no, no.
         D
I'm just skin and bones.
           C
I broke my cell phone
               Em G7 C
Cause it won't fucking tell me when you're coming home.

                  G F#/Dsus4
I'll read it over again
                 Em
the lines of the note you left.
  Bm C D
I keep hoping that I'll forget,
         Em D
that the words changed while I slept
                G F#/Dsus4
but I've got my doubts.
                       Em
You're staying at your parents house
    Bm C
And I'm sleeping on the couch.
        D#
I can't stand our bed without you.

Great job! Sounds a lot better than the other chords I've seen, easier to read. Except I feel like the line: Em G7 C "Cause it won't ****ing tell me when you're coming home." Should be Em, D, C. I could be wrong but it sounds better to me.
