This song is the opening track on their new album. It's pretty easy and
straight forward. I think it may be in 1/2 step down tuning, since a lot of
Weezer songs are, but this is just easier than tuning all six strings
differently for a song this simple.

It's not that it's difficult, it's just that it's not worth the time to plug into a tuner, turn it on, adjust every string, play a song as simple as this, then repeat back to standard when the song can be played in standard. "But you lose the feel of being a half-step down!!1!" So?

You're correct that for the easiest/most convenient interpretation, tuning down is too much work. however, in listening to the recording, you can hear that there is a low Db2/C#2 in the progression, meaning that the tuning is actually DbAbDbGbBbEb or C#G#C#F#A#D# Depending on how you want to look at it. Again, this is only for people who are (like me) looking to play this song to as close to perfection as you can get. The rest of your tab is well-done, I believe.
