The bridge is right but the chorus after the bridge goes up a whole step.

The Bridge is correct. The transposition actually occurs before the Bridge during the Break/Solo (same changes as the last transposed Chorus) NOT on the last Chorus. By the time we get to the Bridge, we are already in the new key.

Nice work. I prefer swapping the 'G' in the last line of chorus with 'Em7'. (F#m after key change). I play with no capo on acoustic - better for my range.
