I think the original song was tuned down a half step, and didn't need Capo on 3rd fret.

There should be a G above the “I’d”s in the chorus. Also, after the first chorus, part of the intro is repeated: G D Em D / C C Dsus4 D.

I think the Am in "I'd do anything that you *wanted* me to" should be an Em (or a G if you prefer a happier variant)
