the chords are all power chords

Tuning:Standard

Intro: A G x2

Verse:1
A G
And so another journey has come to an end
A G F
Another moment passed that will not, will not come again
A G
Resting in the shade of oaks, so it has always been
A G F
And its true that i'll miss you but i'll see, i'll see you again

I'll see you again

Chorus:
C G F
Embrace, destroy this pain
C G F
Don't miss this chance it will not come again
C G F
You mean more than you may ever know
C G F
Don't linger where the moss slowly grows

Verse:2
A G
There are so many things I wish I could've said
A G F
It might not have changed your mind but sometimes we just need hope alleged
A G
Above the mountains shadow the sunset timly glows
A G F
The oaks will look down on our heads forever and our dreams will be no more

We should not ever let them go

Chorus:
C G F
Embrace, destroy this pain
C G F
Don't miss this chance it will not come again
C G F
You mean more than you may ever know
C G F
Don't linger where the moss slowly grows

Verse:3
A G
I remember those summers stretched on without end
A G F
Future comes so loudly and the oaks, the oaks were silent then
A G
Silence forever, conversations in my head
A G
Might not have changed your mind but if we'd spoken
F
Here's what i'd have said

Here's what I would've said....

Chorus:
C G F
Embrace, destroy this pain
C G F
Don't miss this chance it will not come again
C G F
You mean more than you may ever know
C G F
Don't linger where the moss slowly grows

ok for the picking solo bit if i remember correctly it goes like this Am G Am G -------5--------------3--------5-----------3---- --------5-------------3---------5-----------3--- ---------5------------4----------5-----------4-- ---7------7-----5-----5----7------7----5------5- --7-7----------5-5--------7-7---------5-5------- -5---5--------3---3------5---5-------3---3------ then he does a bunch of palm mutes chords which i think are F G Am Bm- move up the fret board with bar chords not in the open position when i play it i use all bar chords cos i find it easy but whatever tickles your fancy I did this by ear and then checked it on youtube which i think was right but bad quality. hope it helps
