The chords are right, they are just not played in the right spot. The Em should be played on the 7th fret. D on the 5th. C on the 3rd. And Bm on the second. Then it will sound more like the recording. It sounds like an Em at the beginning of each verse to me

the chords did not end up lined up the way I had imagined them doing so when I wrote the tab but you can listen to the song for the timing. I'm pretty sure this is right, my only doubts are in the first Bm chord of intro and of each verse and chorus

Great tab! Playing the em with a G on top sounds more like the recording, I play all chords with just the top strings. The only exception is the last em chord of each verse, which should be played with an E on top (normally) and with the low E string as well :)
